Most frequent questions and answers

There a couple of options if you would like to receive a copy of your exam or a CD made. First off, you may stop by and we can make a CD for you at our main office location, located on Bath Street. Second, we can mail you a CD, which will take 3-10 business days depending on your location. The first CD you request is complimentary, any additional CDs requested will cost an additional fee of $15.00.

An appointment depends on the type of exam. An appointment IS required for the following exams: a, MRI, Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy and Mammograms. X-rays are the only exams which are performed on a walk-in basis.

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please call us more than 24 hours in advance. Preferably at least 2-3 days before. This way we may attempt to fill the slot with extra time. Cancelling or rescheduling an exam under 24 hours too many times may result in a deposit up to $200.00 per exam.

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that you may register and complete the necessary paperwork before your exam.

We ask that you bring the written Requisition for Services Form from the referring doctor. Some doctors send the requisition form ahead of time to our facility. Also, you will need to bring your insurance card.

Your physician, who requested the exams, will receive your results and contact you in a timely manner.
