Healthcare billing is complex. Copays, high deductibles, co-insurance, and ever-changing plan benefits can be confusing and frustrating. Prior to your scheduled visit to our office, we will run eligibility verification through the insurance company we have on file for you. We will determine your level of coverage, and ask for your estimated portion of payment at the time of your service. Following your appointment, we will submit a claim to your insurance company, and balance bill you any remaining amount due for our services.

If you are without insurance, we encourage you to call our office for our cash prices.
